History: Adelard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He's also a talented Shipwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Gerald was born with his father's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He got into the Assassin business at a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
