He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gilbert was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
