Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Diggory embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Diggory was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: This northern man wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a axe, but if one is not available he will default to his pickaxe. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has black hair. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Description: He wears a white coat over a tan low-cut shirt, and a top hat upon his head, and he perpetually has his scimitar ready. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. A true patriot, Reynard would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Reynard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Roland was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
