Description: This malnourished man wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He wears his black hair down. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Charles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. During his travels, Charles and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Charles discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Charles fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Gerard was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Barber. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy black stubble. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He has a hunchback. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Animal Trainer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Animal Trainer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Animal Trainer.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Animal Trainer responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His golden hair is matted, messy, and big. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. A true patriot, Gomory would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a yellow vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his yellow boots flare out at the collars. His hair is golden and curly. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. Cory is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Cory lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Detective and was forced into it by his family; and revenge
