History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Charles and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He struck the Stableman job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
