Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His childhood dream was to be a Hunter, but he was a colossal failure. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull black iron scale mail. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Hugh hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Hugh was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Hugh's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his religion dominates his actions
