Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born in the west. After coming to the age of reason, Frederick took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
