Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born to a Apothecary, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Bernard's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: He is a Bowyer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Manfred was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Dyer for the past few years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new dyer responsibilities is difficult
