Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Lance was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heward fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. Patrick enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Patrick and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Dustin lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody.
