History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Now he works as a music tutor during his time off.

Motivation: To be a Marshal again; and he's repulsed by the pc

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Roger was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Roofer. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
