Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Heward was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Heward's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Heward and his spouse have recently divorced.
