History: Gifted from a young age, Manfred studied abroad. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Rolf was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Apothecary. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
