Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Healer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: Born to a Carter, his father struggled to pay the bills. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His first spouse was a Farmer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Hubert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to be a crown-heir again

History: Born in the west to a Slave Trader, Thomas learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
