History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Ernest was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
