Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born in the east to a Ploughman, Roger learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When Roger reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Ralf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He became a Guard soon after.
