Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Bernard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Carter responsibilities is difficult; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born to a Hunter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Farmer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Alexandre was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Alexandre's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Alexandre and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Aldous was born the youngest of three triplets. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He also hits on men, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
