Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
