History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When Richard reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Bernard's homeland. Bernard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Gardener born in the past three hundred years. He takes great joy in being the best Gardener in town.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and to settle down with his crush
