Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Painter and occasionally as a mercenary.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: William hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Herbalist and was forced into it by his family.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'5". He wears a black tunic with blue highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes, and his gloved hand is found clutching a greataxe. His brown hair is knotted and matted. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Hugh took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a red coat over a green low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head, and is pretty ugly. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Roger enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Roger was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
