History: He was born in a small plains village. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Personality: William hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country.
