Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: Charles was born with his father's beautiful face. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: He is dressed in a clean green cloak covering his clean studded leather. He carries with him a set of nunchakus on his belt, each one with a opal on the hilt. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Nicholas enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Nicholas was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Nicholas's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Charles grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and many dire rats want him driven away

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his pickaxe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. His brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He struck the Shipwright job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
