History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Aldous fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Conrad's homeland. Conrad decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard.
