Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. A freak accident while working with his Crown-heir father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears just a black suit. His hair is white and curly. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Herbalist arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a pastel costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso. He has moderate length auburn hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Through the years after Aldous was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Aldous's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Ploughman and was forced into it by his family; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to end his boredom
