Description: A 5'6" northern man, he dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. He is baby faced.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Henry hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his crossbow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His brown hair, when down, is lengthy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. After coming to the age of reason, Norman took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants to get laid

Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears dull grey sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed nunchaku, just in case. His hair is red and very short. His ears are large.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: He was born into a rich family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thomas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he's looking for his big break

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is white, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born in the east. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears a simple blue robe with black stripes complete with hood, marred by beers. He wears his chestnut hair down. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it
