Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Stableman who has hired him part-time. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Stableman but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Percival was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Percival's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and wants his loneliness to end
