History: Diggory lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. A true patriot, Nicholas would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. After a long history of fighting, Nicholas and his spouse have recently divorced.
