History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Anselm was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Manfred and his spouse have recently divorced.
