John Home, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are a pleasant green.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. John is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personal [hide]
Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. The war was a terrible time for him, and Balimaar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A freak accident while working with his Shoemaker mother left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
