History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

History: Roland was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Roland was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Roland was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.
