Description: A middle-aged man, he wears dull brown sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed bastard sword, just in case, and is pretty ugly. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the right. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He stands about 6'3" and does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are likewise gray.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Bernard's homeland. Bernard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Seamstress. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Thomas's homeland. Thomas decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
