History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jocelyn grew up listening to his father's many stories. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He struck the Guard job and began his own company from there.
