Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He usually wears his tan robe and has his flail always slung over his shoulder. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Balimaar was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His brown hair is braided into rings. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his top brown hat.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Engraver but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Born in the north to a Engraver, Trey learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and balancing his hectic life and new engraver responsibilities is difficult

Description: He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.
Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Cory reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
