Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He sports yellow clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His hair is long and red with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small yellow clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Ernest enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This late middle aged man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured and is in decent physical shape. His tied-back hair is white. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born in the north. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Brewer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sage, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His tied-back hair is brown. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
