Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and many gnolls want him driven away
