History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Justin was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Roofer. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
