History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bricklayer. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature nunchaku.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Gerard hails from a village terrorized by giants. At a young age his father died while driving off some giants. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in crossbow use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Gerard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Conrad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Crown-heir and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Junk Dealer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Diggory reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to be a blacksmith again
