History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Alex was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Alex was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bookbinder. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. The war was a terrible time for him, and Patrick does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Patrick hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. When Patrick reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Kody hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born in a small desert village. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He bought a sickle and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Born to a Barber, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Guard soon after.
