Description: This slender man stands about 5'9". He wears bulky grey painted plate armor. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Trey's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He comes from a rich western family. Trey abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: This malnourished man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Bernard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. After a long history of fighting, Bernard and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a green tunic with grey highlights, and long green pants that bunch up around his shoes. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. He is baby faced.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He is typically in his Blacksmith uniform, marred by sweets. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new blacksmith responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
