History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Charles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his green robe. His blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to reunite with his absent father

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Doctor business.

History: Born in the west to a Doctor, Henry learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Doctor and was forced into it by his family; and further expansion of business

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Don was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Weaver. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
