History: Adelard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His childhood dream was to be a Sage, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Servant job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and doesn't want to be a servant and was forced into it by his family

Description: This northern man wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: Alex wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Adept, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Alex grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is obsessed with his god.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has wavy auburn hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gifted student he started as a Mason, but he got bored and became a Map Maker. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to clean up the streets

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. After a long history of fighting, Gerard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is greedy; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
