Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gerard will drive conversation. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Now he works as a music tutor during his time off.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
