History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. During his travels, Roger and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Roger discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Roger fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Jocelyn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Locksmith for hire.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Thomas was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Shipwright. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to share knowledge with the world
