History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Through the years after Bernard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Bernard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Engraver.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Marshal. He tends to his Marshal job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
