History: Jocelyn was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
