Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the right. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he feels kind of lost in life

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are violet and catlike.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bricklayer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bricklayer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Bricklayer soon after.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his morningstar with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting gnolls, the young John began to lead the lost caravan. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When Chad reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
