Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Spy arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age his father died while driving off some illithids. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in hand crossbow use. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fletcher born in the past three hundred years. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he has money and likes to spend it
