History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Nicholas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Nicholas was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. History: He was born in the south. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has worked as a Ploughman like his mother before him.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Thomas enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Thomas hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
