He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. After a long history of fighting, Frederick and his spouse have recently divorced.

He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His childhood dream was to be a Roofer, but he was a colossal failure. Recently the stress of being a Seamstress has made it difficult for him to sleep.
