Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Beggar born in the past three hundred years. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Roger hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: He is a mite stocky and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Richard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. After coming to the age of reason, Richard took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Patrick grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
