Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Rolf hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. Rolf enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and retire the richest man in the east

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Hunter was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a tight fitting pastel shirt and pants. His silver hair is cut short. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born in a small island village. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult.

He wears his blonde hair down. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. One day when Ralf was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Ralf was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.
